LIONEL STANDARD GAUGE #15 Tank Car. Pre-War, Minty Condition

Edit: I received a message from a very nice gentleman who collects Lionel trains for many years. He confirmed that the cars are  made pre-war and probably have been professionally restored at one time.....that is probably why they are in such wonderful condition.
Bought at an estate auction which offered a huge collection of pre-war II Lionel trains and accessories.
Here is one of the 7 cars I purchased.
#15 Tank Car. No Box.
There are no visible scratches, dents, bents, little bit surface rust....see last two pictures.
Not sure if the black paint on the rear end was touched up or if it came from the factory like that...see picture.
Wheels/axles move with ease.
I also have the matching maroon color gondola #12  65781 listed. I do combine shipping, should you be interested.
Car will be double boxed with plenty of bubble wrap for shipping. Shipping box measures 16"x12"x7" and weighs 3.56 lbs.
Please note: I am not an expert in trains. I only can give you a description of condition. As I mentioned before the cars where advertised at the auction catalog as pre-war Lionel trains and accessories. You are the expert please look at all the pictures as they are an important part of my description.
