Description

12.5” enameled metal flat car made about 1930 looks original black finish with gold stamped lettering, has nickel stakes, brass 2-piece brake wheels, nickel journals. Car is very shiny-clean with bold lettering, possibly clear-coated long ago. It has clean trim and wheels, light corrosion on couplers, wood load is original, but has been painted tan. Top deck has a few silver paint spots. Original label-end box has tape added long ago and some writing, number data on label stamp is darkened with pen. Box has complete flaps.
