Due to the crazy expensive cost to ship anything over two pounds to p.o. boxes, you must have a street address listed as your official address in eBay or be willing to pay - above the stated charge to ship your purchase to your post office box. Big, heavy items must ship through UPS or Fedex. If you have any questions, please ask before you purchase!!
Orders are shipped within one business day of receiving payment. Generally this is Monday through Friday although we will on occasion ship on Saturdays.
We will only ship to the address you have on file at eBay.
If you want it shipped to a different address you must change it in eBay before making your purchase. Sellers cannot change the ship to address.
We will pick the fastest/lowest cost way to ship your item. Currently our first choice is USPS Priority Mail, followed by UPS Ground. We are trying to not use FEDEX as they really fight you if you paid for insurance and need to use it.
Big or heavy items going to a po box will require an additional -70 shipping charge to cover the excessive rates USPS Priority Mail charges for big/heavy items. If you are buying big/heavy items from me or anyone, make sure you have a street address listed as your ship to address before you make the purchase.
Shipping is automatically combined unless it does not make sense. If that is the case you will be informed when invoiced so you are not surprised.
Every item is fully insured, and an adult signature is required for all items valued at 0 or more.
If your package is stolen off of your porch (or wherever Fedex/UPS/USPS leaves them),
it is NOT covered by insurance!! If this is a concern, let me know and I will require a signature at time of delivery.
Depending on the size of the shipment I charge -4 for packing materials. I pack stuff to survive almost anything, I want you to receive your item in the condition it left my house. Any amount over the cost of postage plus the -4 will be refunded to you.
PayPal and all major forms of payment are accepted.
We hope you will love your purchase, however if you need to return it, we have a 30 day return policy.
Depending on the item and the reason for the return you may be required to pay return shipping. I will work with you to resolve any problem that may arise, I want you to become a satisfied customer.
Anything that was sold factory sealed will be subject to a restock fee up to 50% of the item's value as being sealed is a significant portion of the value.
I want you to be happy with your purchase, if it is not what I described it to be or damaged there is no charge to return it.
We are unable to test every item that we sell. This is for several reasons:
We are not sure how it is supposed to work or we do not have experience with it. This can be true in regards to pre WWII accessories.
We do not have the ability to properly test it (for example, we do not have a dc power supply necessary to run HO/N scale trains).
We do not have time to properly test it.
The item is brand new and still in a sealed package.
If the item you are looking at does not specifically state it was tested or that it is working,
it was not tested
